Terms of service

Order(s) MUST be shipped to a secure location, where the buyer or someone with whom the buyer trusts will be present to receive orders. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages if the delivery location is not secure or if tracking indicates a successful delivery. If it has been more than 24 hours since your tracking information has been updated to “delivered” status and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office if it was a USPS shipment, for further assistance. We reserve the right to decline to re-ship or refund orders where merchandise is tracked as delivered.  

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

International deliveries (outside the United States, Hawaii and Alaska) may be subject to local import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility where they apply. The shipping company or the customer's local customs office should advise of these charges. Unfortunately, these various charges are outside of sufficientC’s scope of knowledge and are ultimately the customer's responsibility. If these local import/customs charges are refused or not paid by the customer, orders will be returned to SufficientC or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note: In the event this happens, we may not be able to offer a refund nor original postage reimbursement. However if a refund is initiated within 7 days of delivery for unopened products, SufficientC will adhere to their return policy and remain flexible and accommodating regarding returns.
