Refund policy

Refunds will be granted if initiated within 7 days of delivery, for unopened products. Prior authorization by SufficientC is required.

SufficientC will process a full refund for the price paid for authorized returns when items are received back to our warehouse.

Shipping costs may or may not be refunded depending upon the nature of the return.

SufficientC will remain flexible and accommodating regarding returns.
